Writing this to appreciate the good customer care by team Sveston Watches I have been their customer for last 1-2 years, my first order was on a friend's recommendation & I was satisfied with overall experience with them, their watches truly have value for money, keeping the first experience in view I ordered two more watches back in August, delivered on 2nd day via Leopard courier service. unfortunately the color from a minor spot from around the dial was faded, I contacted them on WhatsApp & FB messenger they responded & asked me to sent back the watch to look into what could be done. To my surprise they sent me a new watch within 2-3 days of receiving my return. They have good quality products but this kind gesture of CustomerCare was true example of going out of the box & winning a customers loyalty. Here are the things I should share about their warranty & return policy.
1- You can return the watch within 30 days if you didn't like it or in case of change mind (the product should not be used in this case)
2- 1 year of warranty only if the watch is not working etc, it doesn't cover the color fading kind of things.
In my case
1- The product was used for around a week
2- Sent my return on 59th day (Return not possible)
3- claim was color fading out (not covered under terms of warranty)
They not only replaced my watch but also changed the color on my request & the watch was at my door the very next day. Writing this much long coz they truly deserve the appreciation. Thank you team Sveston keep up the good work!!!
