Our policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the watch must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

Return Process

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

In some situations, only partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Watches not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Watches returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned watch, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund:

  • Check your bank account and credit card statements.
  • Contact your credit card company and bank, as it may take time for your refund to be posted.
  • If you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at cs@svestonwatches.com.

Retail Channel Refunds 

We do not have a Refund Policy at Retail Channel.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We replace watches if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please email us at cs@svestonwatches.com and send the watch to:

Gifts

If the watch was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit. If the watch wasn't marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

Shipping costs for returns are your responsibility and are non-refundable. Depending on your location, the time it takes for an exchanged watch to reach you may vary. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned watches.
