Retail Channel Exchange and Refund Policies

  • No Cash Refunds: We do not offer cash refunds at our retail channels.
  • Exchange Policy: Products can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase from a retail outlet, provided the original invoice/receipt is presented.
  • Condition for Exchange: Only products in their original packaging, complete with all tags, user manuals, and accessories, will be considered for exchange.
  • Product Condition: Exchange requests will not be accommodated for products showing signs of wear or those that have been unwrapped.
  • Inspection Advice: It is advised to inspect the product at the time of purchase, as the store will not assume responsibility for any damage incurred thereafter.
  • Sale Items: Products purchased at full price, which later go on sale, will be eligible for exchange at the marked-down prices.
  • Final Sale: Items on sale are not eligible for exchange.
