WARRANTY INFORMATION

Every Sveston watch passes through a highly rigorous quality control mechanism where each and every component of the watch is checked for any defects and abnormality. We are very confident about our quality, craftsmanship and materials and so we cover all our watches with a full 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.





THE WARRANTY COVERS THE FOLLOWING SUBJECT TO NORMAL CONDITION OF USE



WHAT WARRANTY COVERS

  • 1 year warranty from the date of purchase

  • Any defects due to faulty material or workmanship

  • Timepiece stops working

  • Timepiece is not waterproof anymore

  • Straps and bracelets (if color fades)

  • All machines related issues i.e., needles or sticks dislodged, timing issues

  • Color fade watch (within 6 months).

WHAT WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

  • Damage caused by abrasion, scraping, careless or neglectful treatment or accidents.

  • This warranty does not include wear and alteration to the case, strap or bracelet

  • We do not accept claims for damaged displays.

Note: For warranty claims, the customer will be responsible for personally couriering the watch and bearing the associated charges.

Sveston Smartwatch Warranty and Returns Policy

Warranty Overview:

Dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction with a streamlined complaint process.

Repair or replacement guaranteed for products with defects or malfunctions.

Complaint Process and Timelines:

  1. 24-hour Complaints: Notify within 24 hours for issues related to physical damage or wrong product delivery.
  2. 07 Days Complaints: Software-related complaints must be reported within 07 days.
  3. More than 07 Days Complaints: Issues reported after 07 days will only be considered for repair.

Technical Support and Issue Resolution:

  • Investigation and resolution of technical or software issues, with potential fixes through the watch or app.
  • If resolved, the watch will be returned to the customer.

Warranty Claim Guidelines:

  • Replacement options include switching to a quartz Sveston watch, if preferred and eligible.
  • Requirements for warranty claims include Order ID and a video of the faulty product.
  • Covers repair or replacement of products; customers responsible for shipping costs to the service center.
  • Replacements are provided in equivalent condition; any price differences must be settled before dispatch.

Conditions and Limitations of Warranty:

  • Exclusions include regular wear and tear, misuse, unauthorized repairs, environmental damage, and beyond warranty period issues.
  • Warranty void if the watch has scratches, breakage, or any customer-inflicted damage.

Battery Usage Guidelines:

  • The screen saver must be turned off.
  • The brightness must be set to normal.
  • The always-on display must be turned off.
