Are Sveston Watches original or copy? where they are come from?
Sveston Proudly presents and 100% Authentic and Original Watches, they’re designed in Hong Kong having Japanese Quartz with 1-year international warranty.
Where is the outlet located?
We do not have any outlets right now but we are providing our services online across the Pakistan and internationally. Also, Sveston’s headquarter located in Dubai and Order processing Unit is located in Karachi.
How can I place an order?
You can order your desired product through:
Website and social media i.e., Facebook/Insta/Daraz/Email.
What’s the estimated delivery time of an order?
The Estimated time to deliver the product within Karachi is 2-3 working days and outside Karachi 4-5 working days. International orders take 15 working days Approx. to deliver.
What Mode of payments available for Customer?
You can pay Via:
Cash On Delivery.
For International Orders:
Only online payment (Exclusive of shipping) will be accepted.
Note: While placing an order Customer have to provide active Mobile number only with active email address.
Do I need to open an account/Register to the website in order to place an order?
No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest every time.
However, by setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page. Having an account will also help you view your shopping history as well as track the courier status directly from your account.

How do I place an order on Website?
Shop for the items you want and add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished, you can proceed to your shopping cart and check out. Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment, also only Active mobile numbers are required for order confirmation.
I am Unable to add an item into my shopping cart. Why?
You will be able to add the items as long as it is available. There could be an instance where the item is in someone else’s shopping cart hence the status of the items is reflected as “Out of Stock”.
Can I amend or Cancel my Order?
Yes, you can amend or cancel your order within 24 hours after the order has been placed.
How would I know if my order is confirmed?
After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail and call from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your Mobile, Email and delivery address is verified.
What are the essentials to place an order?
We need Proper address and customer information for fast and hassle-free delivery that is:

I’ve Purchased the wrong size and color?
You can exchange the product by returning back to us. Company will not pay the courier charges in this scenario.
I’ve not received my parcel, what should I do?
