Quality is good but delivery service is very bad. The third party courier service do not contact with the customer and updates status on tracking ID that address is not traceable. Please improve the customer service too. The customer service representative was also unable to check the status of the order.

I love this watch! I originally wanted to order it in blue, but after reading the reviews, I found out the color is actually a bright electric blue. In the photos, it looks more like a royal dark blue, which is a bit misleading. So, I decided to go with the silver and black version instead.
