WARRANTY INFORMATION

Every Sveston watch passes through a highly rigorous quality control mechanism where each and every component of the watch is checked for any defects and abnormality. We are very confident about our quality, craftsmanship and materials and so we cover all our watches with a full 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.





THE WARRANTY COVERS THE FOLLOWING SUBJECT TO NORMAL CONDITION OF USE



WHAT WARRANTY COVERS

  • 1 year warranty from the date of purchase

  • Any defects due to faulty material or workmanship

  • Timepiece stops working

  • Timepiece is not waterproof anymore

WHAT WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

  • Damage caused by abrasion, scraping, careless or neglectful treatment or accidents.

  • This warranty does not include wear and alteration to the case, strap or bracelet

  • We do not accept claims for damaged displays.

Note: For warranty claims, the customer will be responsible for personally couriering the watch and bearing the associated charges.

HOW TO REQUEST A WARRANTY CLAIM?

IF YOU BELIEVE YOUR WATCH NEEDS A WARRANTY CLAIM, PLEASE CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE VIA E-MAIL AT WARRANTY@SVESTON.COM. IF YOUR WATCH CAN BE FIXED VIA SLIGHT REPAIRS, WE WILL DO IT FOR FREE. IF THE DEFECT IN YOUR WATCH TURNS OUT TO BE A MANUFACTURING ERROR, YOUR WATCH WILL BE REPLACED FREE OF CHARGE WITH REGARDS TO OUR WARRANTY. 

HOW TO GET REPAIR WITHOUT WARRANTY?

IF YOUR TIMEPIECE IS DAMAGED AND IS NOT COVERED BY OUR WARRANTY TERMS, PLEASE EMAIL OUR SUPPORT TEAM (CS@SVESTONWATCHES.COM) TO ARRANGE FOR AN OUT-OF-WARRANTY REPAIR FOR A REASONABLE FEE.
