Pathetic customer service ordered two times and both time they send the wrong product and colour and don’t even claim a refund or exchange message them so many times Instead of admitting their mistake for sending the wrong product, they’re blaming the customer, saying that refunds or exchanges aren’t allowed for a change of mind. And the first time, they even sent a damaged product
Watch is good , But my parcel was damaged ⚠️and watch was broken out of box and was in single plastic bag the entire time, due to which watch received scratches ❗, but having protective layer wrapped around watch it was bit safe , company should pack it more safe way , bcz delivery system in pak is not good
The watch is beautiful and of great quality — exactly what I was hoping for. However, the packaging arrived torn and damaged, which was disappointing as I intended to gift it for a wedding. The presentation matters a lot for such occasions. I’d really appreciate if the brand could look into this and possibly offer a resolution.

Watch is excellent and quality also excellent my experience is good delivery is good but my watch lock is not working properly now is like not work well so can you replay aur change plz
I’m really happy with this watch. The design is elegant, the build quality feels solid, and it looks premium on the wrist. Delivery was on time and the packaging was neat. Definitely worth the price.
