The quality of Sveston products has declined significantly while prices continue to rise. Based on my personal experience, the brand’s practices now seem misleading and unreliable. Furthermore, the customer service staff is unresponsive. I requested a product exchange but received no satisfactory resolution. I consider it a low-quality brand with poorly trained and unprofessional staff.
