You’re thieves, nothing more. You fool people with rubbish terms and conditions and then loot their hard-earned money.
My biggest mistake was trusting SVESTON the second time. I thought the first order was good and the second would be the same but it wasn’t. I was excited to open the packaging and wear the watch but when I did I saw the glass was broken. I contacted customer support but no one tried to help or understand the problem. I contacted them within five minutes of opening the parcel and they told me the order I received CANNOT BE REPLACED AND I HAD TO WATCH THE BROKEN WATCH ON THE FESTIVE OF EID .They didn’t try to understand the issue and just kept repeating the same thing. They were useless and uneducated support people. They don’t know how to handle a returning customer who will never be a customer again. Their customer service is cheap and their products are cheap too.
I strongly advise against SVESTON. I used to talk highly of them in front of people and friends but now I’m doing the opposite.
