I have purchased this watch on 25 June 2025 I asked the lucky one karachi mall outlet agent to show me a complete stainless steel watch he showed me this I bought it as a complete stainless steel watch but after a couple of time wearing it started rusting badly. I have many watches of stainless steel but there are no issues like this I have been wearing them from last ten years but this watch did not bear a couple of wearing I have went to the outlet and complained about this watch on the seveston lucky one karachi outlet as well as on Seveston officiaI number with a single question it is even possible that stainless steel rust but they are unable to answer a simple question which even a primary student can answer. The Seveston team is stating that the rust issue comes into colour fading can a sensible person answers like this . Kindly add educated, logical and sensible members in your management and replace my watch with a new one because stainless steel and aluminium never rust I have been consistently trying to upload a picture of my watch but it's not being uploaded.

Ordered a watch worth Rs. 15,000 from sveston. The good part is that the delivery was quite fast — I received it within 3 days, which I appreciated. However, the overall experience was disappointing. On the second day after placing my order, a Sveston representative called me again asking for my address, even though I had already provided all the details while ordering. I still shared it politely, but the representative kept talking as if he knew my city better than I do. He insisted that they could not deliver the parcel to my address and that I would have to collect it myself from the courier office. The strange thing is that this is not my first online order. All courier companies have always delivered directly to my address without any issue. I honestly don’t understand why Sveston refused to do so. It felt like they were just trying to save delivery costs while they advertise to deliver it for free. In the end, I had to travel myself in extremely hot weather, burn my own fuel, and waste both time and energy to collect the watch. Now coming to the product itself — the packaging from outside looked decent, but when I opened it, it honestly looked like it had been packed by some construction worker. There were dust spots everywhere and dirty fingerprints on packaging. I will also share pictures for reference because this is definitely not the kind of presentation expected from a brand selling watches at this price point. Overall, the watch quality itself seems good so far, but the real review will be after using it properly for at least a month. Right now, the customer service and delivery experience were not satisfactory at all.

This is my first purchase from Sveston and my experience is great, the delivery is really fast, packaging is on point and the watch is really amazing i couldn't expect such a fine watch, built quality is premium nothing lesser than the established brands, look and feel is also very satisfied, if you are looking watch for both casual and formal this is it only i think the price is little higher, but surely recommended thumbs up.
